As part of the international B&B Hotels network, the Hotel Madrid Las Rozas has renovated its spaces to reflect modernity, comfort, and functionality.

The project, developed by the Alfaro-Manrique architectural studio, featured the Exquisite (M6312) decor as the central element.

Inspired by Italian walnut and enhanced by the Spirit texture, this surface adds depth, naturalness and sophistication to the reception and restaurant areas.

Durable, antibacterial and easy to clean, the Innovus panel combines aesthetic appeal with functionality, ensuring a comfortable environment and surfaces resistant to daily wear and tear.
