Sustainability at Sonae Arauco is governed through an integrated model, with strategic oversight
from the Executive Committee and coordination by the Sustainability Working Group, composed of
representatives from different business areas and functions. Supported by the Sonae Sustainability Advisory
Group and a network of Sustainability Champions, this structure ensures consistent implementation, 
cross-functional collaboration and alignment between strategy and operations.
