When we think about a space, we tend to focus first on colours or furniture. However, materials play an equally important role. Texture, pattern and even the way surfaces interact with light help define the atmosphere of a space and shape the way we experience it.

In this article, we explore three decors from the Innovus Collection, each associated with a different state of mind: Calm, Focus and Creativity. Three surfaces that show how materials can influence not only the aesthetics of a space, but also the feeling it conveys.

Calm

With its light and luminous tone, Riva Ice (M6361) with Spirit texture brings a sense of lightness to interiors. Inspired by the natural appearance of wood veneer, it combines a distinctive character with a discreet presence, resulting in a balanced décor that integrates easily into different styles.

Its brightness helps create serene and welcoming environments, making it ideal for spaces where comfort and wellbeing are essential.

Focus

Sense Oak (M6371) with Flow texture stands out for its natural oak structure, where grain patterns, branches and subtle details coexist harmoniously. Its warm, neutral tone reinforces a sense of balance and adapts effortlessly to different design languages.

The natural character of this décor creates a stable and comfortable visual foundation, particularly suited to spaces that value concentration and clarity.

Creativity

Heritage (M6370) is characterised by a soft linear grain and a honey-golden tone that adds warmth without overwhelming the space. Combined with the Flow texture, its discreet and harmonious character makes it easy to pair with other materials and finishes.

The result is a welcoming and inspiring environment, where ideas flow naturally and have room to grow.

Three atmospheres, endless possibilities

From the soft luminosity of Riva Ice to the natural balance of Sense Oak, and the welcoming warmth of Heritage, each décor demonstrates how material choices go far beyond aesthetics. Small differences in tone, texture and design have the power to transform the way we experience and interact with a space.
